The colorful rooms at Grand Hotel Europe are absolutely stunning! I loved the balcony with its breathtaking views of the Caspian Sea. The luxury furnishings added a touch of elegance, making me feel like a VIP during my stay. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels provided entertainment, and the private bathroom with a bidet and shower was a great convenience.

Personally, I would have preferred a larger seating area to relax in after a busy day exploring the city. But hey, that's just me!

Our stay at this place was comfortable, the beds were cozy, and it's conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the bus station, making it a nice spot to explore the city's major attractions.

I always go to this fantastic hotel in Baku. The staff helped me find taxis. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, bar & restaurant, laundry, and a business center. I love it and will be back for my holidays.

Hospitality was personalized and generous. The staff made me feel at home with helpful tips and prompt service. The hotel facilities were top-notch and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes made with fresh ingredients. The location was perfect, close to small shops and embassies and offered easy access to the Old City and other parts of the city.

The hotel is conveniently located only a short taxi ride away from the city center, allowing easy access to all the sights. the rooms are well-appointed and come with a private balcony for stunning views of the city. the breakfast spread is varied and the staff are friendly and efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The gym facilities could do with some improvement to ensure guests have a better experience.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, from the manager to the cleaners and security. The location is fantastic, with a lovely private pool and great views. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The room was luxurious and the bed was extra comfortable. The food was of good quality and the breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We can't wait to return!

The hotel's attention to detail was evident, as they even addressed a minor issue with my lunch order by personally apologizing and presenting me with a beautiful bottle of Azerbaijani spirits and local sweets. The gift baskets delivered to my room were a thoughtful touch as well. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and attention to guests' needs.

Had a great experience during New Year's Eve at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. the breakfast offered a great variety of options and was delicious. the rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Convenient location close to the downtown area and easy access to public transportation. the fitness center with sauna was a nice bonus.

The hotel could benefit from some renovations, especially with the windows being poorly sealed and causing noise from outside to be heard in the rooms. the dinner service could improve as some dishes were served cold and there was a lack of attention by staff towards the end of service.
